Warranty

Spectrogon guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no-charge if we are notified within 60 days of shipment of parts. In all cases, Spectrogon's liability is limited to the value of the furnished parts. Every effort will be made to handle customer supplied material with great care, however; all supplied material will be handled only at the risk of the customer. In all cases, our liability is limited to the value added only. No other warranty exists, either expressed or implied, and consequential damages are specifically excluded.

Payment terms

All invoices are net 30 days after credit has been established with Spectrogon Credit Department.

The procedure:
- After received order Spectrogon will fax a ProForma invoice to the customer
- The customer then needs to confirm the order by returning the fax with card no (also security code, 3 last digits on the back side of the card in the signature area), expiry date, official company stamp, date and signature
- Spectrogon will then deliver the product(s) with UPS standard service (shipment with other courier requires account no).
