Quality and Environment

Quality management system

”Quality” is the customer’s lasting impression of Spectrogon – the customer sets our quality level. This means that quality is not a narrow specification measured in nanometers but is the customer’s overall impression of his/her relationship with Spectrogon, from initial request to final payment.

Customer oriented improvement efforts. Our aim is to get things right from the beginning.
Clear, measurable goals and objectives will be used to guide our improvement efforts.

Customers exist both inside and outside the company. It is important that all involved see themselves as important parts of the chain and feel able to make simple, clear demands, within the company, in order to fulfil promises and commitments made to customers.

Through our independence and ethics we wish to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, authorities and each other.
